Microsoft is committed to provide the best tablet experience with it's Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2. With the same spirit, they have delivered a bunch of patches which will increase the battery life of the device.
According to techradar, Microsoft has delivered a firmware update to Surface tablets which is said to increase the overall battery life of the device. It is still not clear on how much the battery life is improved but it is good to see Microsoft trying their best to improve Surface.
