Microsoft has delivered IE 11.0.1 to Windows 8.1 users and they have patched a lot of bugs and the browser is expected to play well with most of the sites that were not loading correctly in IE 11.

IE 11 in Windows 7 does not get this build because Microsoft have already solved those issues when releasing the stable version of IE 11 to Windows 7 last week.
