Windows 8 shipped with IE 10 pre-installed on October 2012 and it was later released to Windows 7 users on February 2013. IE 10 currently holds 19.45 % which is very near to the most popular IE 8 which has a share of 21.39%. It's also the last month for IE 10 for Windows 8 users as Windows 8.1 with IE 11 will come out on 18th of this month.
Chrome is the only big contender to IE as it has 12.82% which puts it in the second spot. Also IE 6 is going down and it has a market share of 4.86%. IE 9 which was released on 2011 is also going down slowly. It's quite nice to see that most of the people are using modern browser except in the case of IE 8 which is old and outdated.
