After a long wait, here we are at the launch of Windows 8.1 RTM to OEM’s who will come up with new Windows 8.1 devices in October 18th.Windows 8 users can now be happy because Windows 8.1 brings in a lot of features which was badly missed in Windows 8.You can read more about this in the lengthy blog post.
