Windows 8.1 reached the RTM stage last month and is also available for download for MSDN and TechNet users. But this time Microsoft have different plans on what the RTM version means. They are planning for new features on the official launch of Windows 8.1.
The Start Screen will get a new feature which will arrange the most featured apps on the right of the screen enabling faster access to those apps. Photo loop is expected to be added too which will take multiple snaps of photo and you can select the best picture out of them, this will prove to be very useful for Tablet users running Windows 8.1. Most probably the upcoming Surface 2 tablets will include this feature.
