Microsoft have reportedly completed the development of Windows 8.1 which is set to be available to all users by October 18. Now Windows 8.1 RTM is ready to go it seems, within a day or two the OEM’s will get Windows 8.1 for their new devices. The final build number will be 9600.16384.130821-1623 . So here we are, Windows 8.1 is ready and stable .
