Internet Explorer is the world's most popular browser as of now and this won't change any sooner as the market share of Internet Explorer has shown improvement over the last few months, thanks to IE 10 in Windows 8 and Windows 7. 
Also the next generation browser of IE, version 11 has shown some improvements in terms of market share.It has a share of 1.49% with most of the share coming form the Windows 8.1 users as the Windows 7 version of IE 11 is not yet reached the final stage. IE 8 is on top with 21.76% followed by IE 10.

Firefox takes the second spot with a share of 12.79% followed closely by the rivalry, Chrome which accounts for 10.45% of the share.Safari is way behind with a mere share of 3.12%. Opera is not seen in the top 5.
